  • Quarterly VAT returns (if registered)

Good for: Small limited companies (VAT registered, 1–5 employees)

Includes:​

  • All of Bronze, plus:

  • Payroll for up to 5 employees

  • Credit card and PayPal reconciliations

  • Monthly management reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)

  • Debtors/creditors listing

  • Support with HMRC queries

  • Cloud accounting software provided (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)​​

Good for: Growing businesses (multi-currency, high transaction volume)

  • CIS returns (for construction industry)

  • Cashflow forecasting (basic)

    • Minimum term: Monthly (cancel with 30 days’ notice)

    • Unused hours expire at end of month​​

20 hours per month - £700 + VAT

  • Extras:

    • Extra hours billed at £34/hour (pre-approved)

    • Minimum term: Monthly (cancel with 30 days’ notice)

    • Unused hours rollover for one month only

40 hours per month - £1360 + VAT

  • Extras:

    • Extra hours billed at £33/hour (pre-approved)

    • Minimum term: Monthly (cancel with 30 days’ notice)

    • Unused hours rollover up to 50% into next month​​. Rollover hours expire after 30 days

  • Ideal for: Businesses wanting embedded support and full admin/operations backup

  • Includes:
